This is an idea that plays on getting people intrested and wanting to do stuff they normally don't. It's called the "Fun-theory" which means making it fun to do boring things. This is one of the inventions they have made to make it funnier to take the staircase instead of the escalator. The video was shot in Sweden, Stockholm, Odenplan.
